ROLEX GMT-MASTER DATE 18K GOLD WATCH - UK Ebay.
Something wrong with the crown on the dial on this, just be aware !!!
IMO, the price is also dubious for an 18K GMT. The seller claims the watch was serviced last year so I've requested an image of the Rolex service papers. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/ROLEX-GMT-...#ht_500wt_1413 |

Response from seller ....
"""Dear spunga, Hi I do not have any papers with the watch. The dial is original and if you click on the link that is in the description you will a simillar watch with the same dial. Regards Paul - pedals_4u""" My reply ... """Dear pedals_4u, Thank you for your quick response. I do not see a link in the description to another watch. Maybe you could provide me with the link you mention. Who was the watch serviced by? Was it Rolex? Thanks again, - spunga""" |

Reply from seller ...
"""Dear spunga, http://www.watchclub.com/w2913/rolex...own-guard.html It was serviced through a jewlers in New Malden. I was sent to Rolex and I was charged circa £190. Regards Paul - pedals_4u""" Sniff sniff ...... smells a bit iffy to me!!! Interesting that the two dials are nowhere near the same. Also, his price is a third of the price of the watch listed on watchclub, bear in mind this guy also has the jubilee bracelet and the watchclub watch is just the head. The dial crown is so wrong I would stay well clear of this !!! (IMO) |
