Got My 116233!

Hi Everyone. I returned from the caribbean last week with a new rolex datejust. I'm not a young man anymore, so I decided that the dressier datejust would fullfill my needs more than the sport models. The watch is a TT jubilee bracelet with champagne dial and stick markers that are lumonescent. It is beautiful!!! I purchased the watch in St.Thomas at A.H. Riise and the selection and sales staff were excellent. They discounted the watch 15% and I paid a duty tax of $122.00. I am very pleased with the deal I got. I own a digital camera, but I can't provide any pictures right now. I just want to thank all of you for the limitless knowledge that you provide to this forum. It helped me in deciding to go with a rolex.

Congratulations! I have a new TT DJ with jubilee and romans. I still think the DJ is the quintessential Rolex. Not too many fans of the 36MM on here but I think everyone should own at least one in their lifetime!

Congratulations r.

You've made a purchase that will give you a lifetime of pleasure.

The DJ is a real classic and a solid player in the Rolex line-up

One of my first Rolexs was a TT DJ Black Face and I currently wear a ToG to work. I like the smaller watch when wearing dress shirts. It stays hidden better and I don't always have to pull the shirt sleeve back over the watch during a meeting. Sometimes staying below the radar is best at work.

I wonder if it is worth going to the islands just to get a Daytona?
