I know I'm slow on the uptake with this ap, but does anyone else have any watch snaps taken with Instagram..? Here;s my first effort. A little shaky, but I like how it's made the lume "pop".

Instagram is a $1 Billion smartphone application company, but I don't think it really makes my Rolex a vintage.

I downloaded it but never used it

I bought a macro lense for my iPhone though which is pretty cool and takes good photos

Nice, I like instagram and pretty cool. There is some talent on the app shooting great pictures. If you type in #rolex rolexwatches you can see some pretty cool pics of people's watches.

I already liked your photo on IG.

I check the Rolex hash tag on a regular. I've taken a bunch of Rolex shots on there. Check me out "HongNinja"

I had to connect mine via USB and upload them that way

Lovely!! Hope people post more.. And I couldn't work out how to post straight from the ap, - I ended up emailing myself the image and doing it that way...

Yeah, it's a bit awkward sharing unless you just use twitter or Facebook. No easy sharing for forums.

That's why I've recently gone back to photobucket with their iphone app just to be able to organise my images and share them easily here.

I guess for an old guy like me its a bit strange to purposely make shots look like they are 50's soft-focus, distorted, off-colour thru the bottom of a coke bottle...
but that's just me.

It's even stranger to pay 1 billion for one of the many filter-pak outfits that do all that.
But then they tell me facebook is worth 70 billion when I'm still trying to figure what the point of it is.
Life is bizarre.
