Icon4 AP - Dunno the fascination...

Our CEO has a AP Royal Oak (white) which at first glance is nice watch but certainly does not command the respect of a Rolex. The band looks cheap and it appears to be something purchased in a Metro station somewhere in stanbul...

I don't understand the desire for this brand nor the fascination for those owners who seem to be "in love" with what I consider an ugly watch; all of the AP's to me are the same watch but with different configurations and excessively overpriced...

Awaiting the onslaught....

Don't sweat it.

It's not like anybody is forcing you to get anything.

There are brands which I don't particulary care for, I just don't buy them.

So really, what's the purpose of your post?

Judging from the way you spell, I am not surprised.

It's all about the taste. I would say the same thing about Other high end brand.

Why would you go to the trouble of posting a rude and offensive post on an AP Forum rather than keeping your opinion to yourself. Clearly you lack tact. I never understand posts like these let alone the people who post them!

One of the TRF members has this as their signature and I find it appropriate for your post.

"Do not argue with an idiot. He will drag you down to his level and beat you with experience."

And it sounds like your CEO has better taste in watches than employees but no one can be great at everything!

It's all about the Octagon! What a post to disrespect one of the worlds most acclaimed horological brands! Wow!

Not sure why Mr. I have 32 posts comes out with something like bashing AP, but obviously a troll. IF, and I mean IF, he knew AP is one of the most acclaimed brands then...well why bother, he is clueless.

But for the troll poster, check into a little watch history, and you will quickly find there are three brands that make up (at least in many minds) the 'trinity' of watches--PP, AP, and VC. Now I know that will take a while to figure out what that means, but ask your CEO, he'll know. For now

Everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but there are much more respectful ways of portraying them in writing. OP shows a lack of class / tact.

The OP clearly likes to push buttons and get a reaction. What a waste of time and life!

Coming into the AP subforum just to irritate people! I don't get it.

Get a life!!!!
