Apologies to AP Thread / RF Members
Gents,
On Wednesday evening I made an inflamatory and disrespectful post - for this I am sorry. I take full responsibility for the stupid and inflamatory comments which I made. They were off base and in the words of my late Father completely "out of line". Its not important nor is is necessary for me to provide reasoning behind why I said what I did - simply I was wrong. Please permit this lapse of judgement as my "mulligan" on the board. Regards. Ed |

It takes a good sense of humility to admit its own mistakes, you are good in my book.
Let's move on, shall we?

Wow! You are a class act sir! To admit you were wrong takes a lot of kahunas and that shows your good traits as a person. Although at the end of the day it's only timepieces we discuss here for most of us this hobby is a way of life! Apology accepted and major kudos to you!

Great post. I read your last thread and really thought u were just trolling. I actually just got my first AP today and after many rolex, panerais, omegas, breitlings, tags, IWCs, etc I can honestly say there is no comparison to the quality and attention to detail in comparison to the AP. Add the history on top of that and I don't think there is a sport/luxury watch out there that can compete.
The sad thing is I thought I would be good with this one AP in the collection. Now another AP will be my next purchase. |

It shows great character when one apologizes for offending someone, well done. However, its ok if you aren’t a fan of a brand or a style, nothing wrong with that at all. AP’s aren’t for everyone, I previously owned a Black Themes and I was extremely disappointed with it but I do respect the brand and their heritage……and I will eventually get one that works for me. The 15400 :) could be a possibility one day. Nicely done making amends.
