SECOND: In fact, why not take a census just from the users of this forum? How many fall into which section?

THIRD: How many people in the world plunk down $5k+ for the KERMIT and are willing to wait for it to increase in value? I have not noticed anyone that has bought it @ $5k+ and made a profit from re-selling it. If someone has made money, maybe it were those that bought it when it first came out and before the anual increases.
First--I try.

Second--See above

Third--I'm in no hurry. References that catch the eye often do so after they've been discontinued. If it doesn't it's still a heck of a watch to me.

And if I were to wear a dress shirt, the cuff would hide the watch anyways. But the fact that since it's a Rolex, it doesn't matter what I wear.

Look at this picture and tell me how can this get old?

I have over 12 watches bought over last 30 years .......each one has a history...or a special occassion to commerate. If you love watches then 1 is never enough. Just make sure you don't go bankrupt over them.
