Looks pretty real to me, and I have a real one, only it has the dial with numerals rather than sticks. Comparing the two, the only significant difference I can see is that the "5" on the "15" bezel marker is a different font. Mine is a more traditional, rounded "5" than the one on the watch for sale. But Breitling changes things every year it seems, so I wouldn't judge against it on that alone. The numerals on models predating mine were not italic, and mine are, and they've gone back and forth a few times. The dial appears to be genuine, but I can't zoom in very close. My dial is straight blue and less interesting, and the one in the picture looks awfully nice to be a fake.
One problem is that I would have expected many more pictures. I would have liked to see the back of the bracelet, as Breitling 18k bracelets differ from the SS and TT versions on the back where gold has been removed to make the bracelet lighter. Oh, it's solid enough, but the links are made differently than on the SS/TT counterparts. Overall it does look real though, but the OP says he's seen a lot of fakes, so I'm not absolutely sure. Some of these 18k models were limited runs, and there are websites devoted to special series, so it may be possible to track it down if it was one of those. A real one is very heavy, extremely well constructed and wears very nicely. Again, I would have wanted to see more pictures. Here's a google translation of the German description, not perfect, but it sounds pretty good: "A very good ...
