Just recieved a message from AD i did business with recently , he informed me that effective this june there shall be an international price increase on all Rolex watches .... 10%-15%

then i asked about Tudor he said Tudor too same percentage increase

I was told there will also be a Ceramic Pepsi Deepsea Challenge too.... Sorry but ADs don't know until they get a certified letter telling them to raise prices that day. ADs are liars.

Ask him to give you a 10-15% discount if he is wrong

Yes i was told the prices will go up in June also when i was in King Fook Jewlers in Hong Kong (Central Store).

I am not planning to buy a watch soon i bought 2 rolexes just a couple of days ago ... this i believe gives the guy some credibility (meaning he wasn't trying to hurry me into buying anything)

I also heard the same from my AD. But I heard of that about 3 months ago too that it was going to happen before my buddy bought his GMT IIC. Hasn't happened yet. Possibly it will this June.

check your crystal ball you might be looking into it from behind the decrease is actually an increase

My AD said the same thing when I brought 2 Rolex off him. The price rise hasn't happen. It's just a marketing technique to compliment you on making the great decision to buy the Rolex.

They don't know until they know...

cant say how much this actually angers me... seems as if every time I get close to being able to finance my next purchase the price seems to be raised! how long will these price rises go on for ? we should boycott rolex for a whole year and see what they do then

Hence the reason some may be a little sarcastic. We hear about price increases on a weekly basis but when it comes down to it ADs don't know when it is going to happen until Rolex tells them which is usually right before the price increases going into affect.
