Cosmetic repairs?

I was recently gifted a platinum/diamond daydate. I wanted to know if an RSC would do cosmetic repairs? The watch works perfectly but has some cosmetic issues due to years of neglect. The band is very worn/scratched, the face of the watch has a few scratches, and finally the diamond bezel has a dent that is very annoying.

Would an RSC do this type of work or would I have to take it to a jewelry shop? Also if i must go to a jewelry shop can anyone recommend a good one in NYC?

Please post a picture of the watch so to asses the amount of cosmetic damage and price of repair. The RSC will not repair any cosmetic damage without a full service and if watch is years old then a full service would be prudent. Expect to pay depending on the damage upward of a $1000 plus if it needS a new bezel then a lot more.
