MOP Daytona on a Leather Strap

Equals ugly as HELL! I honestly don't see how that thing would appeal to anyone, but you know what they say about opinions.

I was a Fink's today at South Park Mall in Charlotte, NC and my wife and I continued looking for "THE" watch. She still doesn't know wha she wants for sure. Either a SS DJ w/ the pink diamond dial or the "rolexrolexrolex" "digital" looking diamond dial on a jubilee. Isn't the dial called "jubilee" also? That's what the lady said... Anyway, I guess she'll settle on something soon.

Sidebar -- I did look a Panerai's today. My first time in person, and while I wasn't crazy about pictures, that 44mm doesn't look too bad on the wrist. I think I'm kinda hooked on the PAM88. They had what I think was a limited 204, but I liked the 88 better. It may just "win" the competition for the next watch. I thought I was set on a TT black Sub, but, DAMN, the PAM is kinda sweet....

There's more than one version of MOP dial for the Daytona on strap. Which one did you see?

Uhh, dunno. The strap was an ugly shade of brown with no texture. The MOP was white. That's all I know.

Nope, sure can't. IIRC, the case was yellow gold.
