Why does Rolex not show them all on the website?
Rolex also doesn't do any type of direct sales, so their website is designed to show browsers a few dial options (it's the same for DateJusts, Air Kings, etc) and point you in the direction of an AD to look at the dial catalog to find the perfect one. The Master Catalog doesn't even have enough room for all of the dial options available for each watch, we have a separate catalog just for dials.

Plus, with over 1200 dial options available, that's a lot of uploading, especially when some models are available with over 20 different dials.
