Watch is, in my opinion, in excellent condition, but has been worn. There are swirlies on the case and middle of the links and clasp which seem unavoidable due to the high polished finish. Some scuffs on the caseback where the bracelet made contact with the watch when laid flat. Most significant condition issues are 2 small dents on the 7 o'clock lug and a tiny ding on the crown side of the case, near the 1 o'clock lug. Overall, I think these are pretty minor issues but deserve to be disclosed. I've tried to capture this stuff in my pics.

Comes with appropriate documentation, including completed warranty card as well as inner and outer box (missing the outer cardboard sleeve).
