Beautiful photos.

The wife unit is from Derry, up North. We usually get over every year or so.

Your 1st pic is Donegal town I see, I picked up a nice Aran sweater there years ago with my inlaws.

My wife's family originated in Mayo/Sligo, so we visited the western side a couple times. The second time we went up to Donegal. Enjoyed your pictures and hope you have a great trip.

I had the pleasure of visiting the Hanna Hat Company while there. A very nice young lady gave us a quick tour and I actually bought an Irish Walking Hat right off the shelf from their stock room.

We loved it and are already looking forward to a return trip. We used:

I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to live in the UK for 3 years and got to visit Ireland a couple of times. Your pictures really make me miss that part of the world!!

Well, lots of hills to climb and with white knuckled, RAPID downhill descents but it was a blast. We elected to do a self guided tour so we could go at our own pace. We averaged about 30 miles/day and made lots of stops to take pics and explore. We were supposed to ride 7 days but only did 6 because one day the wind/rain was so strong it was too dangerous. On that day we got a call from the tour organizer telling us not to try it. He came to our Bed & Breakfast, drove us in his car over the route we would have taken and delivered us to the next stop. What a great guy!! So......all we had to do was follow the maps each day and make our way to the next Bed & Breakfast on the route. AND......most importantly, we had to remember to ride on the left side of the road. We are ready to do it again! It was hard work but one of the most memorable trips I've ever had.

Some fabulous scenery and pics you've shown us there..

Must have been some hard riding in some of the more 'hilly' areas?

Thanks for sharing.
