Do it! I was in the same boat a week ago, I had a SS DJ and a U serial Sub, I had the sub for 4 years and thought I was attached to it, but once I got the DSSD on my wrist, for A 2nd time it was over, bam, made the trade, it is a great watch.

Personally I prefer the size and weight of my 16600. IMHO I just can't see that the DSSD is worth the price. YMMV, obviously. It is a fine watch to be sure.

I agree that purchasing from an AD at retail is just hard to swallow. Thats why I prefer to buy from our guys on TRF. Saved thousands from buying from the man, the myth, the legend, DavidSW...............
