A quite remarkable coincidence.... but coincidences do happen?

Proceed with care.

1 or 2, I can see that,

the reason I joined ebay a while back is just to buy a watch (but it has now evolved into buying other things ... sigh)

there's a good chance someone was looking for a particular watch, but could only find it here

personally, I'll do a search, then only accept payment by wire transfer or postal money order or bank draft

cash it in, wait a day or two, make sure everything's kosher, then send the watch

of course let the buyer know your intention, too

tha you will wait 2 days to make sure everything is legit.

when I was trying to sell a watch about 3 months ago, virtually all that showed interest had very low post counts and a few had zero's and 1's....it scared me off and I kept the watch, thank god...I would have missed it...

I think selling a watch is harder than buying a watch. You really really have to check out the buyer as well. There are way too many scammers on the scene and every step could be a "gotcha sucker!!!". Manytimes I have refused sale of my watch to parties who could not verify their reputation. Getting a good offer for your watch is the easy part.

OH, and asfar as your question, yes, it is suspicious to be asked about an item for sale by 3 different people, all with a 0 feedback and in such a short amount of time.
RED FLAGS EVERYWHERE!!!! ---- Maybe our admins need to look into this and will most likely find a thread of commonality.

There are other sites where you need like a 100 post count in other forums before being allowed in the sale section and even then people were wary of those members.
