The watch is an ole original Bark finish rolex in poor condition, The bezel is a very poor fit aftermarket one, the dial is original but not of the period as it would have the diamonds set in white gold, but looks original still, newer dials fit set in yellow gold and rolex ladies dial can fit any model they have never changed as they have side slots and not feet, the case has what i call for lack of better description, hot or burn polish marks near the crown, from poor polishing the gold tarnishes as it got to hot it can be removed or maybe heat was used to remove a crown tube that was stuck in place, the band is original although the ladies head is overpolished and no longer show the detail we usually look for, If you get it cheap with a bit of work it could be ok those are my thoughts anyway
