John, I agree that it is at best a re-dial but it is not authentic. it is the second one like this that I have seen lately so I suspect that the "forbidden website" has produced a new batch of these dials for the unsuspecting buyers on ebay. Below is a photo from the auction. It should be gone shortly from ebay.
