datejust with Diamond Bezel too much????

I was wondering if you all think that a having a diamond bezel on a men's datejust is too much? Or a bit tacky?
I am going to purchase a mens datejust and I am debating between with a diamond bezel or without. I am 25 years old and kind of feel when I put on the datejust it looks (forgive me for saying) like a old mans watch, but with the diamond bezel looks more young. What do you all think?
