I've bought mine in Australia & UK and the conditions of warranty set out in both booklets make no mention of the owner to which the warranty applies. I imagine this would be Rolex policy worldwide. The only risk I could see being a 2nd/3rd owner would be that at some time prior a non authorised person had opened and interfered with the watch, but this why you buy from a seller of good repute.
