ID this Watch?

Just got back from a cruise, and while on board, this watch caught my eye. It looks great, but is built VERY cheaply.

I was wondering if it was a knock-off of a "real" model, but don't know how to look for it. I'm thinking this because I saw a $20 model on the ship of a $250 Citizen that was under glass in the same shop. They were virtually identical looking. So, I was thinking this watch of mine was also a "rip off" of a better brand.

Anyone see this type before?

I love how big the face is, and how easy it is to read. The smaller dials on this face are just for show and are non-functional, as are the two secondary buttons on the side.
