Icon20 fs: Jaeger LeCoultre 18k Rose Gold DUOMETRE A QUANTIEME LUNAIRE ~ ref Q6042420

Good day, TRF!

Formalities out of the way first: Overnight shipping and insurance are included in US, will ship overseas, but at the buyer's expense. Price quoted is for payment by bank wire, PayPal/credit cards are OK, but buyer pays the fees (typically around 3% of amount, higher for AMEX). Returns accepted if the watch is misrepresented in ANY way. Have TONS of references, on and off TRF. Face-to-face in Southern Ohio or Northern Kentucky is fine, we can meet at an AD if that makes you comfortable. PM me, email at [email protected] , or call/text me at 513 680 6239 with any questions ~ Greg

for your consideration:

Jaeger LeCoultre 18k Rose Gold Duometre a Quantieme Lunaire

Ref. Q6042420 (Q604.24.20) ~ $38,600 retail

“A true masterpiece of micromechanics, the Duometre a Quantieme Lunaire is a new interpretation of the revolutionary ‘Dual-Wing’ concept, featuring two independent power reserves, one of which, in this case, is devoted solely to precise time measurement while the other takes care of the functional displays.” (Jaeger LeCoultre homepage)

priced at $33,000

actual watch for sale, many more pics below

CONDITION: Unblemished, flawless, complete. Mechanically, this watch is perfect, all functions work impeccably.

This watch comes COMPLETE with all three boxes (cardboard outermost with matching stickers, white outer, and a beautiful large wooden inner with all the correct badging), both tags with matching numbers, barcode sticker, all documents (un-filled Timepiece Registration card, un-named Guarantee Certificate dated February 2012, model-specific instruction manual), magnifying glass, model-specific pusher, and a JLC polishing cloth. As we mentioned, complete.

DETAILS AND SPECS:

*MOVEMENT - manual-winding in-house JLC caliber 381 with dual barrels (one for precise time measurement, and the other for the functional displays), 50 hour power reserve, 21600 vph, 40 jewels, 369 components. Designed for precise setting, as the second hands stop and re-set to ‘zero’ when the crown is pulled out.

*Round 18k Rose Gold case with brushed and polished finishes

*18k Rose Gold crown, button and hands

*Silver textured multi-tiered dial with partial skeletonization

*The left dial displays the date (blue hand) and the detailed moon-phase (done visually as well as via a hand for better reading precision). The date is operated by the button at ‘10’, and the moon by the recessed pusher at the top of the case (pin included)

*The right dial displays main hours and minutes with two leaf-shaped rose gold hands

*Main seconds are displayed by the large gold hand in the center of the dial

*1/6th of a second subdial below the center – the hand makes one complete rotation every second (moves extremely fast)

*Two power reserve indicators at ‘5’ and ‘7’, indicating remaining reserve for each individual spring. Wound separately by the same crown, rotated in opposite directions.

*Anti-glare, scratch-proof sapphire crystal

*Large exhibition caseback with all markings intact, showing both barrels of the Caliber 381, movement beautifully finished

*Dark-brown croco JLC strap with a dual deployant 18k Rose Gold strap
