Thanks all!!! I got red this time because they didn't have a pretty blue that I liked. The blue this year is so dark it is almost black.

I traded because I got leather, voice commands, nav radio upgrades, steering wheel controls that I don't have now for $2 more per month.

Love the ride Kaya.
I just started looking into Wranglers myself.
Question: What is the difference between a Rubicon and a Wrangler? Is the Rubicon a dressed up Wrangler model?

There are 3 levels of Wranglers.

Sport is the base model with 3.21 gears and brake block differential, you have to pay extra for 3.73 gears and Limited slip differential, rear only. Sport only comes with regular radio and only cloth black interior, dana 30 front and 44 rear.

Sahara is the luxury model, but still comes with 3.21 gears and brake block differential. You can upgrade to 3.73 and LSD, also you can add leather, nav. It comes with power windows and locks and an alarm, dana 30 front, 44 rear.

The Rubicon is the bad boy of the wrangler world. The 6 speed version comes standard with 4.10 gears, it has open differential with brake block and you can mechanically lock the differential front and rear and it has Dana 44 on fornt and rear. The rubicon also has big mud/off road tires.

The Rubicon will go ANYWHERE. If you have one wheel on dry land, the Rubicon can potentially climb out. It is the most off road capable vehicle on the planet.

I had a 2009 Sahara with 3.73 and LSD and I just upgraded to the Rubicon with 4.10 and Tru-lock. The thing is a mountain goat.

You should get on the wranglerforum.com if you are even considering a Jeep. They are like the TRF of the Rolex world. Great people!!!

These Jeeps Sport or Rubi will never see anything they can't handle! There are some nasty trails in the N. Georgia mountains...walks right up it.

Hehehe, gotta love a Jeep! They are ALL great!!

I got a Rubicon with Leather heated seats, Nav, 6 speed, 4.10, tow package, connectivity and power groups..so it is as loaded as it gets. The 13 comes with electric heated mirrors and and auto dimming rearview mirror (probably the first time in history).

It was 36k sticker, but my husband is a manager at the dealership. So I got the "family" price.

Don't mention heated leather!, mirrors or auto dimming mirror on the Jeep forum!!!! They are having a field day (not in a good way) I guess a lot of Jeep owners are purists!!!!

Congrats again.
