Quit?.....I haven't started yet!

In all seriousness, as long as TRF is around, it will be difficult for me to quit.

I gave up modifying cars, when I realized that a modified car has a million times more problems than a stock car and zero resale.

The thing I love about watches, is I don't lose my shirt if I change my mind, they're easier to sell than cars and easier to buy. That and that is is portable artwork IMHO.

I gave up collecting 2 years ago and sold off my entire collection. But everytime I try to get out... they PULL me back in!

there was a pretty good condo for sale at a good price,
a family friend was willing to sell, I was considering to sell a few watches
and buy it for 280k less than his marketed price @ 720k
put a down pay of 300k and finish paying it off in an year or so. then flip it for 700k
sounded like a beneficial plan at the time

so i was considering calling quits and just buy the condo
keep only a few selected watches maybe 3 (suit wear/daily wear/vacational)

but when my gf pointed out most likely i'd start all over again on collecting and how long it'd take me. i changed my mind lol

No!

Take a deep breath Emad. Sometimes with this Rolex sickness in our minds, we really don't know what is happening to us. It's just one symptom of the disease. Put your watch back on immediately, forget about the sale and you will feel better instantly.

The safest place for your watch is on your wrist.

lol a new watch is like a new born,
just hold it on your wrist and look down, automatically you start to smile
looking at a rolex time ticking sort of makes the world time stop for a moment

Will always wear a watch, but think about quitting the buying habit: after every new purchase
