Sad Birthday - Had to return my watch : - (
Well, Happy Birthday to me - my birthday present Ladies Bubbleback 1950 Pink Gold Rolex Oyster had to get returned : - (
I'm fine. Better that I found out now while I could get the full refund that the darn thing didn't work. If it was 2 weeks later I would not get a full refund. I thought it was my imagination that it was gaining time, but it wasn't. And, when I reset it to the right time it "jumped" ahead an hour. I set it to 1:10 pm and when I looked at it at 2:15 pm it said 3:15pm? So, I reset it thinking maybe I didn't do it right. So, I set it to 2:15pm and looked at it at 2:30pm and it said 3:30. I called them immediately and within the hour all the refund paperwork was completed, it was packed up and brought to the post office and shipped back. They felt bad and told me they would give me a full refund. I kind of think that they never serviced it like they said they did. Also, I noticed under close examination that it looked like a blob of paint had been put on the dial at 9pm to fix something. I also noticed one of the links looked bent. I was worried about that as well. The good news is that they will give me a full refund. :c rying: |
