In this case I would keep the 16600 hands down over the Pam

I own both....
I have a panerai logo base and a 47mm radiomir. I purchased my Z series SD in 2008 after I already had both PAMs. I really like em all!
I have never been drawn to the Panerai subs, so I wouldn't make the trade you are considering. As much as I like both PAMs, I can't imagine a better feeling watch than the SD. The only way I'd trade away my SD would be for a vintage piece. greg in denver |

Now all of you are making me regret losing my SD.
It's okay, I look down and see my new SubC ND. |

Have both of them. I'd keep the 16600.

Mate up to you, remember you can flip them at any time anyway, so do it if you want a change....

I would keep the SD...it's just too PERFECT a watch IMHO....had a few PAM's (112, 233, 292) and ended up flipping them to fund other Rolex models (LV, DSSD, Sub ND)...for me, the novelty of the PAM just 'wears off' after a couple months of wear.
