While it's not a deal breaker for me, I do think it's nice when watches display some kind of character on the back of the caseback, whether it's clear, or has some kind of design or writing.
Making it so all casebacks are interchangeable makes sense - however, Rolex seems to be the least likely company to design around "swapping parts". |

Redundant to engrave anything on the caseback. Can any of you honestly remember when you last looked at your casebacks? I usually do that when I buy the watch and never again look.
