I would get the legacy. Only 1500 pieces made and will have better residual value than RG RC

that RG is discontinued. for $47k get a pre-owned 44mm RG and you're in business. $47k for the legacy is crazy money, way too much. $40k is more within the range for the Legacy. now if you want the 42mm RG get a pre-owned in excellent shape for $31-32K.

The 42mm RGRC isn't discontinued... It was just updated! In fact it's still on the AP website and 2012 product book. The new update looks great!

I had the RG and Legacy on a few weeks ago in Las Vegas... loved the RG ROO!

But as others have mentioned I would consider 44mm RG before pulling the trigger

AP limited Legacy. I am not a fan of the strap on the other one...

If you can pull of the legacy, go for it.

Otherwise, the ROO RC RG is a very nice piece.

AP ROO in RG 44mm. Tried it on when I got my SS and if I had the extra cash I would have the RG version. It's a beauty.

I hate those numbers butchered by the chrono sub-dials, so I'd go for a RG with 'baton' hour markers!

i would choose ceramic over rubber... maybe there is a 3rd model that would satisfy all?

another member has recently gone down a similar road.... his experience is the size was an issue and the strap was fraying?

This would get my vote!

I have the forged carbon version and I absolutely LOVE the piece.
