Just regulated my 3150...silicone grease query...

Just finished regulating my 3150 - Well back within COSC.

Anyone have any advice?

There's some pointers here and there online but what is the correct way to apply the grease to the (new) gasket before re-sealing the case back, how much, how to do?

Advice gratefully received.
