I always get great compliments wearing my Polar Explorer with a suit. I know it is technically a No-No, but it works for me.

I wear my black faced Explorer II all the time with my suits and I think it looks just fine!

That's old school thinking. I think most 41mm and under rolex's work just fine with a suit. DSSD and YMII may be a prob since they don't fit well under cuffs.
