ND Submariner - any red flags?

I've been looking for a daily beater watch and have been offered this. Does anyone see anything that looks odd or noteworthy. I'm getting better but am a long way off being as eagle eyed as some of you...

To me the hands look newer than the dial, SN dates to late 60's but I've been told the dial plots glow in the dark but the hands don't. Does that mean both have been replaced at some time?

Any help greatly appreciated.

Nice looking meter first 5513. Hands have been replaced but you can still get original patina hands to match the dial IF the rest of the watch checks out.

Thanks for the input so far. I've asked for more pics and will post when I get them.

Are the crown guards a little 'gappy'?
