Is this 76080 authentic? If so what would be a fair price to pay for it?

If the punched serial number on the warranty matches the case i think your good, pictures are poor a hard to tell, I don't see anything that tells me it's outright fake.

is a Jeweler based in the Caribbean ABC islands (netherlands antilles - Aruba/Bonaire/Curacao).
I suspect this certificate (the stamp on it at the very least!) to originate from there, probably Aruba. Lots of Cruise ship "tourism" there. Might try your luck and contact them to see if they might have anything to say about it. Apparently the Curacao location recently closed its doors. You might even go as far as checking the stamped date and then figuring out which Cruise liners had ships in port on those days - although this is by no means conclusive.
