Customized "Nato" from Gunny arrived
Firstly, a Big Thanks to Peter Gunny for His outstanding Customer Service and such an awesome job making this Nato Strap for me.
The wait was finally over today for the Brown Leather Nato and it is a superb fit and the leather is ultra soft and extremely comfy. Quite unusual as my taste is at times, but Peter nailed it with the Strap, I made some drawings and measurements, of which has quite a few extra keepers. Here are some pics. |

The only issue I had w/ Gunny nato straps are the width of the keeper rings is too wide. Looks like you've solved this problem.

Incredible combo. I just got my leather Gunny last night and I can't believe how soft, comfortable, and cool looking it is.

Nice design - seeing what you've done with the tail can I ask what the double rings near the watch head are for, though?
I've had a couple of leather NATO's made for me by Peter - they're incredibly comfortable.

Looks great. I went the opposite way and cut the Gunny strap to fit so there is no tail to pass through. Makes it a lot less bulky and quicker to take on and off (it is not like I am taking my 1665 on leather in the water so not security issues). I actually do the same with standard natos.

Good idea too, did this on a stiffer Leather Nato as well.
