What might be your next move if...

I purchased a New Daytona and PAM 390 last year, but this year has been an all-Sub year -- 14060M, 16800 and 5513. I cannot see myself parting with any of them.

While I plan to slow down A LOT and will try my darndest to enjoy what I have and only purchase every 1-2 years going forward, I would like to set my eye on my next target.

Clearly, a GMT is missing (but I don't travel much), or I could keep the Sub trend, or the vintage trend. I'd like to hear your thoughts... my thougts include a Red Sub, 1655, GMT IIC, 1675, PAM 233 (which I had before), or a different brand altogether.

Cheers and HAGWE!

I'd go with your thoughts and preferences. Which one do YOU desire next?

I like a collection to make sense, I collect aviation watches with a history. AirKings, GMT Masters, IWC etc. you could go with one vintage example of the sport models. Three random Submariners don't make sense unless you plan on filling in a lot of gaps. If I were you I'd dump the Panerai and two of the Subs, one being the 14060m. Then get a 1675, 1655, then maybe a 1016.

I like a collection to defy logic. Once you have the bug, and, given you bought three subs in a year, you appear to be showing symptoms, your collection will shift and change until you find the theme that defines it for you. To others, you may appear crazy.

I like 'design classics', but they are hard to define and interpretations have to be realistic financially and in terms of availability. So, I look at my 14060M as a future classic, since it was the last of the steel bezel subs (no date).

Others may look at this pic and think 'design duffers'.

1655 or 1675

I too would like a representation of its model. One Sub, One GMT, One Daytona, One Explorer and maybe One Panerai. I will go vintage on all as they tend to keep their value.

I will go with quality rather than quantity.

My brain agrees with most comments about having a functionally diverse collection but my heart says get a Red Sub, then 16610LV, then SD, and so on. I just simply find the Subs the pefect watch

I'm an elemental spirit so I'm going with air, land, sea. I have 2 of those three so my next will 1016 or 1655. Not in any order and certainly in no rush.

Vintage! 1680 Red or a 1675, but I'm biased of course. Maybe a 1655 or a 1665?

Do you collect any WII aviation watches? I had a few on hold that were German pilot and RAF pilot watches. Then I changed my mind as I didn't really have a
theme to my collection - it was becoming too impulsive.
