I said "why after buying your dream purse are you spending money on another purse that isn't as nice?" she explained the need for an everyday purse vs. the "jem" purse and that each purse had it's purpose. Moreover she explained why she loves purses, what they mean to her and why they are worth the money. From that point on I haven't given her guff about her purses.
