While I value your opinion Mon I think this thread has ran its course. What had to be proven has been proven regarding the bracelet and this seems to have turned into an argument about the buyer's banning more than anything else. I'd agree with having it locked just to avoid people getting things out of hands (more than they are right now...) and I wish that the seller gets his watch back in the exact same condition.

Well I received my DateJust back today. The good news is its the same DateJust and bracelet and I do not see a G so I hate to admit it but it is fake.
The bad new is either he or whoever he had look at the bracelet dented a link, a non-removable link. Whoever last touched it also didnt fully engage the spring bar into the lug and the SEL was just dangling in the box. Also I shipped the DateJust to him in a burl-wood watch display box (I bought it new just for the sale because I couldnt just wrap a Rolex up in bubble wrap) and I put the DateJust around a watch pillow I took from another watch I had. Well he took it upon himself to keep the display box and pillow and ship my DateJust back to me in one of those plastic watch boxes with a styrofoam insert. I filed an appeal with Paypal. I'll update this thread when I hear something. I shipped it in this I received this back |

I guess he felt like he had to have the last laugh. Very mature. Of course, after seeing his post here, it's not very surprising.

i cant believe in a world full of adults there are still ones out there who act like children. i cant believe he would keep that - shows what kind of person he really is.

This thread has run it's course.....
If anything, it was a learning curve for many, and enlightening to say the least! If only the buyer 'God', had a some manners, and not such a foul mouth to others including moderators, he may have stayed!! The watch is back, the buyer has his money, time to move on.
