Real/Fake daytona movement/dial

My friend is considering buying this in hope of putting together a Daytona one day.

Experts, what do you say?

Legit, fake, is the dial original or aftermarket or totaly fake...

Thanks in advance

Better to save for one than try to build it.

Buying a new Rolex isn't an option for every one.

Anyway, the question is, is it the real thing or not?

I wouldn't piece together a Rolex unless I was doing it myself (which I'm not trained to do).

However, piecing together one from parts that may or not be real may cost you a ton of money in the end...and you still do not end up with a Rolex. Need to factor in the service for such a piece as well.

Do you honestly think that every watchmaker knows all about Rolex and all their models?

No but if your "friend" is a watch maker I'd assume being in the business he knows a watch maker that does.
