Ok so about 3 years ago I bought a Rolex from some guy on Craigslist and I know the case and movement are fake. I'm pretty sure the band is too unless Rolex makes a goldplated jubilee band. But I'm not sure about the clasp because it has all the correct markings and I can't find anything wrong with it..I'm just trying to recoup a $500 loss and sell any part of the watch that is authentic. I know I should have known better...is there anyone kind enough out there to help me try to authenticate a clasp? I would appreciate it so much, Thanks guys!!

that is fake too, throw it all away, or better yet smash it with a hammer to get some satisfaction.

we don't discuss fakes sorry, we get so many new members wanting us to tell them how we know its fake, we just don't do it, don't be offended. If you stick around you will learn a lot from the experts around here on the best rolex forum on the net. Lets just say the quality of the scrolling and stamping, i don't think that is giving too much up regards

Save up for another...do your research or post here and ask us to authenticate before your next purchase.

Who would take a totally fake watch and then remove the fake clasp to put a good one in its place? There is no room in my head for that.

As others have said why would someone sell a Bolex but swap the fake clasp out with an authentic one? That makes no sense whats so ever.
