Is this Rolex 18308 dial factory?

Hey guys looking to join the Rolex family and a bit nervous. Do you think this watch is legit? Is the dial really factory or aftermarket?

FS: Very good condition Rolex Day Date President 18038 18k Yellow Gold w/factory diamond dial.
9 million serial, single quick.
5 screws, comes with boxes only no papers. Running well and keeping good time.

I would say yes it looks good, but you must remove the dial to be 100%.

Looks like a factory diamond to me.

That's what a 9 mill serial # indicates, 86-87.
