Not sure this is right...

Band is comfy and seems secure, but somehow I am not sure it goes. Thoughts?

Panatime? I really like the strap. The buckle needs to be changed but the strap is great.

Maratac, probably the same as sold at Panatime. It came with the buckle.

I find these buckles are a nice compromise between th small thumbnail ones and the large Pre-V especially on 40 and 42mm PAM's with 22mm lugs....$10 from Panatime, with which I am not connected except for buying stuff. They are pretty substantial for the $ IMHO.

I'm a fan of the kevlar-look strap. I wanted to get the IWC Top Gun strap for my flieger chrono, but couldn't justify the OEM price for what it is. I think the black stitch one looks pretty good on the PAM 233. But I would agree that a different buckle would do the combo better.
