I haven't decided yet, but the sub is back in the running now. I just can't pick. I will keep everyone posted.

I'd go for the Sub, it's the Iconic Rolex Sports model.

Although, that's what I have and now I'm jonesing for the Exp II Polar.

The Explorer II is a very good watch. It does everything: date and GMT, is very comfortable, rugged and a bit uncommon.

2x

Every reason I picked up a Exp II.

At the end of the day, you've got two great choices ahead of you.

It is with great pleasure that I inform the forum that I have just become a Rolex owner. Which one did I get? You'll have to wait and see...

I wouldn't call the sub flashy at all.

I would get the Explorer or ND Sub. I have 6.5" wrists too and wear 36mm-40mm watches.

Go classic and classy. As much as I like big and modern watches, this one never fails: 114270

I love all 3. For obvious reasons. Lol. The Exp I gets the most wrist time though. It's very comfortable and classy.

Right now I'm leaning towards an Explorer, either one. Which would you guys pick with a strict 4k USD budget? Thanks and Happy New Year!!!
