cleaning cloth
so since i got a new rolex, it came with a little light green suede like cloth not like the ussual white cloth with the green stitching, where does one get something similar to that one? I dont like using the green one cause it just doesnt seem the get the job done. any suggestions? btw, any suggestions getting out some minor buff out of the shiny portion of my band? (gmt ii-c-ss)
TIA, Mike

Go back to your AD and see if they have a better polishing cloth. I got a very nice one from my AD at no charge.
But then, I often go with Tom, probably their best customer, so my AD has to be nice to me. -- My AD's good people. The cloth is about twice the size of a hankerchief, but thicker, extremely soft, and says "Rolex Rolex Rolex" all over it.

Microfiber cloths used for cleaning sunglasses are great. I know they sell them in large swathes at the Sunglass Hut.

Microfibre cloths work great but will drive you crazy if your hands are the least bit rough!

zymol cloth that i use to wax the car, it contains a mixture of rubber/microfibres in its mix. instead of just smearing smudges the cloth seems to lift them off

I agree!
But not ANY old T-shirt: If you want something more subtle, I suggest you buy a microfibre cloth from an optometrist. The kind you polish eyeglasses with.
