Tag Heuer Carrera Repair Question

While at work today I noticed that one of the pushers on my CV2010 Tag Heuer Carrera had fallen off. I'm very surprised about this being that I haven't banged the watch into anything today. Nevertheless, I need to have it repaired.

Before I sent it off for repair I was wondering if anyone could lead me to a parts list for this particular watch. I've found different sized pushers online but I'm not sure which one is the right one.

Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Mike
