I'm sure I can figure this out with some better light but how do you adjust the size of the bracelet? Do i need a special tool? Also, how does the quick size link work? I know it's been asked before but I can't find it. TIA

When you resize the bracelet you need a screwdriver.

Here is how the quick link works at the Daytona clasp.

I´m not sure if it´s the same as the new GMTII.

As Jocke mentioned, the sizing is as simple as removing the screw from the side of the braclet....look right now and find it on your watch. If you don't have a small screwdriver, or don't feel like trying this yourself, just take it to any watch repair facility. It's not hard at all, to size your bracelet.

There are also three "hidden" holes inside the clasp. The bracelet is attached to the clasp via a springloaded pin that can be pushed in with the help of a small screwdriver. Then you can shift the pin to another of the holes.

This drawing shows the whole construction of the bracelet for the GMT IIc:

The "holes" are not actually shown in Bo's figure. If you look at Jocke's "movie", you can see they are more like circular indentations on the inside walls of the clasp (Bo's element 13). You can also see the spring bar revealed on the underside of the last link attached to the clasp (not shown in Bo's figure because it is part of the bracelet, not the clasp).

I actually just noticed them after reading this thrread in mine. Haven't tried an adjustment, as I had the AD remove a link when I bought it for optimum fit.

I just replaced the clasp on my new Milgauss with the new GMT clasp.

Its perfect.

The micro adjustments inside the clasp are easily done with a set of pointed tweezers. This new band is one of the easiest to adjust to any wrist of all of the bands made.
