Yikes... so many things wrong with this one... 1. rehaut is off 2. you can see the lec and it's super huge 3. movement is even questionable I wonder if this guy sells these frankenwatches mixed in with the genuine ones to make it seem like he didn't know it was fake and try play innocent... lets get this one down. |

I have bought a few used Rolex's so I have been doing a lot of research on them. That said I am no expert. But I did learn about a clone movement that replicates the 3135 nearly to the T. The clone is easy to spot once you know what to look for. The signature purple gears on a Rolex movement are all purple. The clone gears are some kind of gold color with a purple sticker over the top of them.
First one is a true 3135. Note the difference int he purple gears. |

Not only that, the cyclops is so far from the date window, that would even make the replica watch guys cringe.

I don't think I've ever seen the movement replicated before. It even has the wig-wag gear. I can see how someone without any experience could be duped.
