If I had the funds to make that choice I would take the Patek without a split seconds hesitation

The Daytona, hands down! To me its the best watch currently made. I love everything about it and just wish I could afford it. I just cannot get into the Patek styling. Really not feeling it at all!

Such a nice watch, and one of the most readable designs for a calendar - some of them have so much going on I'd have to strain to read the time.

I personally like the Patek, but I'm a big fan of the RG Daytona, then again if its between that and a RG Patek....

Agree the Naut and the Hulk are consistently the best photoed watches I see here.

I own a gold Daytona. I was obsessed with it for quite awhile. Now I'm about to purchase a Nautilus Power reserve"comet".

Neither is a true favorite or grail of mine, but if I had to pick I'd go with the Patek because... well, it is a Patek.

Tried one on a few months ago; beautiful watch! The thought that I can buy a kilo of pure gold for that price, however, made me walk away.

True but I don't think you'd derive as much joy from wearing a kilo of pure gold.
