First post...first Rolex...Thanks TRF!

So I didn't think I would start another one of these threads, but just received my first Rolex today from one of the trusted sellers on TRF...and now I'm experiencing that moment. I figured there's no better way to thank the TRF community for their shared knowledge, advice, opinions, and photos. Yes, spent a number of hours here researching and learning. Finally pulled the trigger and so glad I did.

Got a Submariner 14060M. It's a four-liner, random serial. Love it. So clean, balanced, and well-proportioned. Classic.

As a side note, in this process, I learned that connecting with a watch is personal and subjective. And having it come from a loved one at a special/significant time (commemorating a "crown for every achievement"!) makes it even more satisfying.
