The New Year's Resolution thread

Or, what will you be doing on 1 and 2 January OK, we all know the drill. Every year many people vow to stop eating unhealthy, take more exercise or quit smoking. What, if any, are your resolutions for 2008? I have only one: be more forgiving and less demanding with my daughter.

Mine is to be a kinder, gentler person and to not buy another Rolex.(I know this is considered heresy here but you asked.)

Spending Jan 1st with family eating homemade ravioli. Then back to work on the road [or plane] to Portland, Oregon for about 8 days.
New Years resolution? Make myself relax cause it's all gonna work out anyway.
Happy New Year TRF!

My wife and I took our 2 kids up to her family in KY during Christmas. Wife and kids will be there through New Years, so I'm back at the house as a bachelor for the week.

So this year I'm taking New Year's to be alone in the house - and just enjoy the peace and quiet - and no Sprout/Disney/Cartoon Network on t.v. Couldn't ask for a better time. And just when it gets too quiet the family will be back. Perfect!

Hope your Christmas was joyous and you have a Happy New Year TRF!

To increase my strength exercises in the coming year, to match my general exercise program. And to read all posts more carefully!

It's good to see you posting more, my Dutch friend. Cheers to you and family, Frans!!!
