How do you choose which to wear?

If you have 3 or more watches...how do you decide which one to wear? Do you rotate? Do you have a feeling? Do you wear based on your activities for the day? Do you wear multiple watches on the same day? I must admit, I do a little of both...Wake up (wore watch to bed) and shower, with watch. Look at my watch box (No other jewelry, so not a jewelry box). Am I doing any manual labor today (ha, ha) not likely. What is the plan? Not going flying, so I don't need my Breietling Emergency...o.k. I'll keep my TT Blue Sub on...again. Maybe I'll choose a new one tomorrow. Anyone else have the same problem? Sometimes, I;ll just put all three in the box and grab one. Wear it for a week and do it again. The record was 3 weeks in a row for the B-Emergency.

When I buy a new Rolex, I always wear it for a full month before changing back to any other Rolex.

Apart from that, I change watches depending on the situation. The SS Cos is more a "weekend" watch for me since it has no date function, but I also wear it just to get a different watch look. I guess it is a mood thing.

I consider all the circumstances to include dress, activities and risk. Also what's been worn lately and what needs a little exercise. Probably the same process as the rest of us with two or more options.

I keep things interesting by switching watches and straps. Just ordered another Mario Paci distressed strap for the new explorer II. Why should the Panerai guys have all the fun?

Its primarily a mood/weather/attire combination. Since I got the explorer II, I can't take it off. I find excuses to wear a white shirt to work.

Sometimes activities will drive my choice but, more often than not, I just leave it to caprice...

I alternate mine, one after the other. Of course, sometimes I need to take one out of orde for a particular purpose, but it goes right back in the rotation afterwards.

Mine have different "feels" to them. Also depends on what strap I have on the various ones.
Shirt sleeves also make the decision. If long sleeve shirts, then either the 190 or 98 ( relatively thin)
More casual, the 249 or 212.
Dressier, 190, 98 or 233 ( depending on the strap)
Funky - 232
some days it is Eenie Meenie Minee Moee.
Plenty of days it's change when I get home.
Some days, change at lunch...

get 6 watches, and a dice. wake up in the morning, and roll the dice :P. that way, every watch has a 1 in 6 chance of being selected

Alternate depending on activity: diving, motorcycling, dirty work, paperwork, meetings etc. Sometimes I will wear 3 or 4 different ones in a 24 hour period.

well if you going out to dinner or on a date you wear a rolex with gold on it along with the right clothes then if your bike riding or running then a ss sports Rolex is key

Sometimes a watch winks at me in the morning, thats when the theme of my attire revolves around the watch

Since buying Whitey Expy II, its been white shirt days for me...Did I mention I LOVE THIS WATCH!!!!

Including my new pocket watch I have eight watches but only one Rolex. It is by far the most expensive in the group and gets the most wrist time. I feel like I can wear it with any outfit and do so. Sometimes, however, I'm in the mood for a leather band so I'll choose between my black leather band Citizen or brown leather band Bulova and coordinate with belt and shoes. The Seiko Monster gets very little wrist time, but occasionally I'll wear it just to keep the parts oiled inside. I also have a watch that I mainly use for physical activities. I start missing the Sub when it's off my wrist for too long

It's what ever I feel like that day. However, I do try to alternate so they all get wrist time.

I have only two watches...my Rolex and my Tissot. Lets say the only time I really wear my Tissot is when I'm worry about wearing my Rolex.

The sad thing is, my Tissot is a nice looking watch and probably deserves more attention then I give it.

I just wear my SD every day. On my days off I dive into the other Rolex watches. Keeps the others looking good and my daily watch ready to go (correct time and all)
