Stan i know exactly where the photos were lifted from a company that is owned by time and Gems, they used to operate under the ebay name watch empire LLC based in Los angeles, they got banned from ebay due to lots of complaints, shady deals, the backgrounds are the same on the still going time and gems website, not this particular watch unfortunetly, the site and company the watch empire has been shut down. I can't find the photos either on the net, sorry Stan, but trust me, 100% watch empire LLC photos, maybe saved a while back when they were still in business.

Has there ever been a legitimate Rolex sold from an E-Bay seller with zero feedback? I would think that E-Bay would be able to figure this out and not allow a new seller to list high value items like this.
It's not rocket surgery. |

another way I have been identifying the (0) feedback fraudsters is that the town where the auction comes from inevitably is some small town in the mid-west (indiana, iowa, illinois, etc etc) that I have never heard of......Check the next one that comes along and see..

How hard could it be to require the seller (or new sellers anyway) to post a handwritten card with their username and date on it next to the item being sold? That would cut down on these stolen photo scammers.

...thanks for all your efforts...time for SPECIAL ATTENTION...
...don't know what the outcome will be, but will see what eBay says/does...
...almost forgot to mention, YESTERDAY I sent the seller a msg thru eBay as follows (NO reply or photo so far): Dear siglrmuz, Hi. Can you please set the time to 6:25 and take a photo and add to the listing?? I want to make sure that you have the watch in your possession. Thank You, Stan. - tudorman8276 |
