Depends on what other watches you own.
If you have multiple Rolexes and nothing else, then go for the Panerai for a nice change. If the other way around, go for the Rolex. Personally, I'd go for the Exp II because I think it looks better (but I'm shallow that way). Good luck deciding, they are both fine watches! |

Both are great watches! I prefer the 111 over the 312, cause of the case and clean dial.
Between these two, i would pick the Ex2, the ultimate rugged everyday watch! Good luck , no wrong choice here..! |
